Master of Advanced Studies ETH in Architecture and Digital Fabrication
Mania is architect and co-founder at meonia, Architecture and Design practice, based in Stockholm, Sweden and Toronto, Canada. Alongside, she is Postdoc fellow at Digital Building Technologies (dbt) at the Institute of Technology in Architecture (ITA) at the Department of Architecture, ETH Zurich; where she continues teaching and pursuing her practice-based research on the use of mathematical surfaces, computation and hybrid digital fabrication to produce the so-called high-resolution “freeform” architecture.
Mania studied architecture at KTH school of Architecture in Stockholm, Sweden, receiving a Master of architecture in 2008, and a Ph. D. in Architecture with specialty in Architectural Technology in 2016. She founded the Design and Making (D&M) Architectural Design studio at LTU, Sweden in 2009 and since, has been senior lecturer at KTH school of Architecture and Lulea University of Technology.
